18th Annual Fondue Fest

Thank you for your interest in joining Fondue Fest as a vendor.
With an annual attendance of more than 25,000 people, Fondue Fest continues to be Fond du Lac’s largest one-day festival!
Multiple stages with all genres of live music playing all day long, a huge Kids Zone, art and craft vendors, Farmers Market vendors, cheese and chocolate fondue and much more!
2025 Fondue Fest Vendor Applications Are Now Open!
Important Notes:
- Application submissions must include full fee payment and all required paperwork. Applications without all necessary items will be deemed as incomplete and will not be considered for map placement until all items have been submitted.
- Applications must be received by the August 1, 2025 deadline to avoid a $25 late fee and to ensure space is reserved for you.
- Applications will not be accepted past August 8, 2025.
- All vendors are responsible for reading and becoming familiar with the DFP Market Event Policies, Rules & Regulations. These are updated annually and should be reviewed by all vendors, returning or otherwise.

Fond du Lac County Health Department Guidelines-Prepared Foods
The Fond du Lac County Health Department asks that all licenses are available during inspections. All food vendors must have their appropriate licenses in their vendor stand during events.
