Vendor Information
The Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market runs from May 16-October 31, 2026, except September 12th, for Fondue Fest. All Vendors must complete and successfully submit a Vendor Application along with any required documents (licenses, permits, etc.) plus payment of Vendor Fees.
The Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market hosts only the following types of vendors:
- Downtown businesses operating within the Business Improvement District (BID)
- Farmers/Growers
- Value-Added Producers
- Artisans/Crafters
- Prepared Food or Beverage Vendors
- Non-profit and Community Organizations (limited to four per week)
- Farmers Market sponsors

Fond du Lac County Health Department Guidelines-Prepared Foods
The Fond du Lac County Health Department asks that all licenses are available during inspections. All food vendors must have their appropriate licenses in their vendor stand during events.

Fond du Lac County Health Department Guidelines-Pet Foods
The FDL County Health Department does not license or regulate pet food/treats. However, processing pet food/treats does require a commercial feed license, special labeling requirements and an annual tonnage report. A commercial kitchen is not required for pet food.
