Enjoy live music at the market each Saturday on the corner of 2nd and Main. Local educators will also be on site weekly to provide interactive opportunities to learn more about topics relevant to the market. Educators are most often on the corner of 1st and Main.

September 29

Mike's Music presents Open Mic. Sign for a space by calling Mike's Music at 920-923-1925.

Stop by the corner of 1st and Main to visit with Boudry Dental and take advantage of their free Oral Cancer Screenings throughout the market!

October 6

PUMPKINPALOOZA!

Sponsored by Dean Health, Pumpkinpalooza is a morning full of decorating fun and prizes!  

Purchase a pumpkin of your choice from a market vendor and bring it to one of two decorating stations (1st & Main or 3rd & Main) to make it your own. Sharpies and washable markers will be provided, but feel free to bring acrylics or other artsy supplies from home! 

Winning pumpkins will be selected in the following age groups:
2-7 years old
8-15 years old
16 and older
Each winner will receive a Farmers Market Prize Pack featuring a t-shirt (selected from sizes in inventory), a farmers market tote, a market measuring spoon, and market token pouch filled with $20 in Farmers Market tokens!

Sorry, no carving will be allowed and no carry-in pumpkins. Pumpkins must be completed by 11:15 a.m. in order to be considered for the decorating contest. 

Your decorated pumpkin also provides you with one entry into the our door prize drawing full of prizes from our vendors. Door prize entry is also available to anyone who takes a selfie with a vendor and posts it to Facebook with the hashtag #fdlfarmersmarket or leaves us a review on any social media site that day! Just show us your post at the information booth to collect your door prize entry form!

Stanley-Cook Project (2nd and Main)
Stanley-Cook plays a variety of music, including: 50s & 60s, Country, and traditional favorites.

Northsoul (Veteran's Park)
Northsoul plays folk rock and folk-ified pop on mandolin, guitar, and upright base.

Eli's Music (corner of Forest & Main)
Eli welcomes numerous musical friends to play singer songwriter selections, folk music, and occasional jazz.

Music by  Moonlit Blue
Moonlit Blue plays jazz standards and down home blues all with a soulful feel.

Stampin' Up to Support the Troops 
Come make a handmade card or two with Cards by Christine. Cards will be distributed to active duty soldiers via Salute the Troops.

October 20

Music with a positive, uplifting message.  Singer/songwriter

October 27 - MONSTER MARCH

The final outdoor market day of the season. Come early to avoid crowds, since trick-or-treating begins at 10 a.m. Or come late to enjoy the family fun!

Sponsored by Midwest Gutter Guard and Dean Health, monsters, princesses, action heroes & other costumed characters are invited to march down Main Street on the last Saturday of October from 10 a.m. until Noon. Children (and adults) in costume may trick-or-treat for free at participating downtown businesses and farmers market vendors on Main Street between Merrill Avenue and Fourth Street. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
