"My artistic goal is to take familiar things that we see everyday and make them into something unique, causing the viewer to see them in a whole new way".

In the days before digital photography, dramatic alterations of the image could be achieved using Infrared film, specialized darkroom effects or Polaroid films. Today, Dale Van Minsel uses digital photography in conjunction with computer software to dramatically alter color, depth, exposure and texture to achieve a truly unique image.

Dale's work will be on exhibit May 19th - June 10th at Ubuntu Art Space.
