Spiritual Nourishment Seminar: Salute the Troops

Learn about how "Salute the Troops" focuses on
supporting, assisting and raising funds to help Veterans
and their families in Fond du Lac & Sheboygan Counties.

Join us as we gather in the Board Room
at the Y, located on the main level.

The Y is pleased to offer this series of
spiritual nourishment seminars free to
our members and the community.

Each seminar will meet from 12:15 to
1:00 pm at the Y. If you have 45 minutes,
you’ve got time to feed not only your
body but your soul as well. Feel free to
bring a bag lunch.


Blood Pressure Cuff Education Series

Join Adam Karewicz, MD, an Agnesian HealthCare internal medicine physician, to learn how to calibrate and use a blood pressure monitor correctly (please bring your equipment). Sessions are drop-in and open to members and the community.rnrnEducation sessions are scheduled in the Family YMCA's Healthy Living Center, 90 W. YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program

5–6 PM
FDL Family YMCA (90 W 2nd)

Learn more about the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program during this free informational session at the Y. This is an evidence-based program that helps those who have been diagnosed with prediabetes, or believe they may be at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes, adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles by eating healthier, increasing physical activity and losing a modest amount of weight in order to reduce their chances of developing the disease.

FREE FOR Y MEMBERS | $5 FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPANTS

Hang out with your friends and meet new ones during these fun events open to ALL middle schoolers!

Open swim 6:30-8:00 pm
Open gym 6:30-9:00 pm
Free racquetball
Vending machines available
School ID’s required for admittance.
Y keycard needed for member access.
No access to event after 7:30 pm.
