Founded in 1966, ADVOCAP's mission is to create opportunities for people and communities to reduce poverty and increase self-sufficiency. ADVOCAP is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization serving Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Winnebago counties.
