My Y Week - YIG Used Book Fair

Your book purchases during My Y Week support the Y's Annual Campaign. GIVE to help support the YMCA Youth in Government program, which provides leadership skills and helps build self confidence in our community youth.rnrnUsed book fair takes place in the Y lobby.

YP Week: Morning Mojo

Tired of being tired every morning? Us too! That's why we're teaming up with MJ Neumann from the Fond du Lac Family YMCA to show us how to establish healthy habits to kick off every day the right way.

We'll enjoy breakfast together to get things started, then MJ will run us through some awesome yoga poses that you can do to get your blood pumping. then, we'll all make our lunch for the day and see how we can enjoy freshly made meals without all the hassle.

Blood Pressure Cuff Education Series

6–7 PM
FDL Family YMCA (90 W 2nd)

Join Adam Karewicz, MD, an Agnesian HealthCare internal medicine physician, to learn how to calibrate and use a blood pressure monitor correctly (please bring your equipment). Sessions are drop-in and open to members and the community.rnrnEducation sessions are scheduled in the Family YMCA's Healthy Living Center, 90 W.
